Position: Security Supervisor

Location: Grand Wailea Resort, 3850 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, HI 96753

The luxurious Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our team!

Set on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property boasts 780 rooms, 100,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various shifts available; must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

The Security Supervisor will assist in supervising and training Security Officers/Guards, ensuring guest and staff safety, and protecting the hotel and its assets, all while delivering exceptional guest service and supporting financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks
• Lead response to emergencies such as hazards, fires, medical incidents, and threats
• Monitor and develop team performance, including supervision, training, scheduling, and recognition
• Investigate incidents and complete accurate reports
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
• Perform Security Officer duties as needed
