Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge seeks a Security Supervisor to assist the Security Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, and train new security personnel. Duties include patrols, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies to protect guests and property.

The role requires prior security or military experience, supervisory exposure, and hospitality familiarity. CPR/First Aid may be required, with attention to guest safety and lodge security protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• 1 year in a continuous supervisory position or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in the hospitality or tourism field.
• Computer experience with Outlook/Outlook 365, MS Office, payroll/incident report systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager with daily paperwork review and follow up.
• Inspect security equipment for operational status and report repairs.
• Perform foot patrols of interior and perimeter to identify risks.
• Maintain order and handle incidents calmly, including emergencies.
• Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity to the on‑duty manager.
• Complete daily and incident reports.
• Administer CPR and First Aid as needed.
• Supervise shift operations and investigations; follow up until completion.
