The Galt House Hotel is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a 3rd Shift Security Supervisor from 11 PM to 7 AM. The role focuses on safeguarding guests, associates, and hotel premises while overseeing Officer training and daily reporting.

Key duties include monitoring staff performance, responding to emergencies, patrolling the property, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a security role is required.
• Computer literacy in Windows applications.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work cohesively with colleagues as a team.
• Focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

The Legendary Galt House Hotel is looking for a qualified individual to assume the role of a 3rd Shift Security Supervisor during the hours of (11 PM- 7 AM). The criteria for this position is as follows:

Job Description

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the hotel guests, associates and hotel premises
• Oversee comprehensive training for new Officers
• Monitor staff performance and activities
• Complete several types of reports on a daily basis
• Identify and correct, or report potentially hazardous conditions or situations
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner in cases of fire, accident and safety concerns
• Patrol the property and monitor surveillance equipment for suspicious activity
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure that any violations to law or hotel policy is investigated and reported
• Correct and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazards
• Report and investigate occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity, and crisis situations
• Conduct departmental key control audits and maintain key control records
• Maintain computer records of all actions in a Daily Activity Report
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Security role required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
• Certification in CPR First Aid desired
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem- solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
