Job Opening: Security Supervisor

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position: Full-time, starting at $21.22/hr with weekly pay

As a Security Site Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role that involves active engagement on the ground. You will manage daily operations and serve as a working third-shift patrol officer, covering open shifts or arranging coverage to ensure continuous site protection.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in the security field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of security personnel.
• Patrol the site actively, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for shift coverage, including stepping in to cover open posts.
• Maintain communication with clients and update your team on procedures.
• Train staff on security protocols.
• Document site activity through detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and critical situations.
• Enforce site-specific policies, procedures, and regulations.
