Job summary

M1 Global in Saint George, SC is seeking a Security Supervisor to provide on-site leadership for security personnel at the client site. You will serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and facility management, overseeing emergency procedures and daily safety operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing security staff.
• Background in security or safety operations within logistics or industrial settings.
• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency procedures, fire safety, and injury and incident reporting processes.
• Ensure full compliance with M1 Global’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.
• Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.
