Job summary

M1 Global is seeking a Security Supervisor - SOC - Vehicle Patrol to lead on-site security operations in San Jose, CA. You will supervise uniformed personnel, coordinate vehicle patrols, and act as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff.
• SOC experience with monitoring CCTV, reports, and threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency procedures, evacuation, hazmat guidelines, fire safety, and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Report findings to client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage security-related equipment and patrol vehicles.

• Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
• Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.
• SOC experience with monitoring cctvs, reports, monitor and detect threats.
• Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Develop and demonstrate strong multi-tasking, observation, customer service

• Must have a valid/active Security Guard Card BSIS
• Must have reliable form of transportation to and from assigned workstations.
• Have or the ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid, AED Card
