Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts, on behalf of San Diego Mission Bay Resort, seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee resort safety and security. The role includes regular patrols, emergency response, incident reporting, and supervising security personnel.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in security (hospitality preferred) and 1–2 years in leadership, with strong communication skills and knowledge of CCTV, alarms, and access control. Join a 24‑hour security team at a premier Mission Bay property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security experience, preferably in a resort, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, incident investigations, and safety regulations.
• Experience monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, electronic key control, and access control systems.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of Security Officers while maintaining high performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed incident and investigation reports.
• Strong conflict‑resolution, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with the ability to remain calm during emergencies.

San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Security Supervisor to our Mission Bay Family.

The JOB

The Security Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety and security of the resort. This team member will conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure all areas are safe and secure, respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports and supervise the security team. The Security Supervisor ensures compliance with OSHA standards and promotes safe work practices. The Security Supervisor is also a service-oriented professional with the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! This position is an important part of our Safety and Security Team that provides 24‑hour service for the resort. The San Diego Mission Bay Resort offers exceptional advancement opportunities to passionate hospitality professionals.

Requirements
