Job summary

Mission Bay Resort in San Diego is seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist to join our Noble House family. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a similar upscale hotel, holds a current Licensed Massage Therapist credential, and can perform Swedish and deep tissue massages.

The role is on-call, requires flexible evenings, weekends and holidays, and offers $19.00 hourly plus commission, plus benefits including free daily meals, free parking, and travel discounts across Noble House hotels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar size hotel.
• Experience with Swedish and deep tissue massages.
• Current Massage Therapist License from City of San Diego and/or California Massage Therapy Council.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call massage services to guests.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment area and adhere to spa standards.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and guests to schedule massages and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar size hotel. We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
• 2+ years of hands on experience
• Experience with various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and other massages.
• Seek to work in a beautiful hotel where you constantly meet new people.
• Are eager to learn and take pride in your work
• Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile
• Flexible availability willingness to work on-call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for ling periods and perform multiple massages per shift.
• Have a current Massage Therapist License from the City of San Diego and/or a certification from the California Massage Therapy Council required
