Job summary

DS Legacy Security Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at multiple posts in Fort Lauderdale. You will coach officers, ensure protocol compliance, and maintain incident logs to support client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security supervision, a Florida Class D license (G preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.
• Active Florida Class D Security License (Class G preferred).
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Comfort with mobile workforce management apps and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
