Securitas Global Clients America is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee security officers on assigned shifts at our Arkansas City site. You will supervise patrols, ensure policy compliance, and document incidents accurately while assisting with scheduling and training.

The role requires leadership and clear communication to manage emergencies and maintain a safe environment for clients and personnel.

Security Supervisor - Full Time

Primary Location: Arkansas City, KS

Wage: $22.00/HR

TheSecurity Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Supervise and support security officers on assigned shifts.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certification.
• Previous supervision experience is required.
• Security experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills needed.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Must be dependable.
