Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surveillance and monitoring of the community, regular patrols and monitoring cameras.
• Manage access points, verify identities, enforce guest policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and mitigate risks.
• Interact with residents, guests, and vendors in a professional manner and assist as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports; submit to supervisors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises during overnight shifts, with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle any situations calmly and professionally.

Un jour dans la vie de (A day in the life of) –

• Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the community, monitor security cameras, and identify any suspicious activities or potential security threats.
• Access Control: Manage access points, verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, and enforce community policies regarding access and guest entry.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, including but not limited to fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and provide assistance as needed.
• Customer Service: Interact with residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner. Address inquiries and concerns, providing assistance and guidance when required.
• Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences. Submit timely reports to supervisors.
• Collaboration with Authorities: Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant authorities when necessary. Act as a liaison to ensure a seamless response to security issues.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment to identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Training and Education: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on security procedures, emergency protocols, and community policies. Share knowledge with other staff members as needed.
