ServiceSource, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Security Specialist I to manage visitor access, badge verification, and escort duties across NGA Campus facilities. You will ensure compliance with site protocols while delivering high-quality customer service to visitors and staff.

The role requires ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a high school diploma, and at least one year of security experience. Expect daily administrative tasks and coordination with the badging office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of security or related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Control visitor access using C-CURE/SMS and badges.
• Manage conference center access and facility cleanliness requests.
• Escort and monitor uncleared individuals to ensure no access to classified data.
• Perform daily badge inventory and report missing badges.
• Brief visitors on NGA prohibited items and sign necessary forms.
• Complete administrative tasks and answer inquiries by phone.
