Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Security Assistant to work at Fort Belvoir, VA, performing entry-point security tasks and visitor management in a high-security environment.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance; you will escort visitors, process mail, handle security responses, and support SCIF operations while ensuring compliance with Army and Fort Belvoir policies.

Qualifications

• United States citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s not required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow complex security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Escort uncleared visitors, including contractors, and manage visitor access.
• Receive and process deliveries and mail up to 50 lbs.
• Respond to facility and personnel emergencies.
• In-process and out-process CAA employees and contractors.
• Operate the CAA access control system and CCTV.
• Coordinate security for temporary SCIF operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Army, CAA, and Fort Belvoir security policies.
• Support the Information Security Program including handling classified storage containers.
