Job summary

Aima Data Management in Reston, Virginia is seeking a Security Specialist Generalist to join our team of outstanding professionals. You will serve as a subject-matter expert across security disciplines and oversee programs to protect information, facilities and personnel.

Applicants must hold SFPC or obtain within six months, possess US government security program experience, and have a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of military service, plus a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI.

Qualifications

SFPC certification or ability to obtain within six months.
Experience supporting US government security programs.
Bachelor’s degree or 10 years military service.
Strong writing and briefing skills for stakeholders.
Experience reviewing and protecting classified information (Collateral/SCI).
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME in one or more security disciplines: Industrial, Personnel, Physical, Information, SCI, etc.
Manage and implement security programs; liaise with managers, SMEs, and customers.
Analyze, plan, and evaluate security policies, procedures, standards, and training.
Conduct security studies and assessments; brief policy positions on security programs.
Prepare written reports; coordinate with agencies and partners to improve programs.
