About the role :

The Security Specialists, under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensure SIS standards and policies are met in overall field services, operations, and functions in assigned areas such as site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects as assigned. All duties must be performed in accordance with client policies, procedures, and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include :

1. Provide a safe and professional work environment for client's employees and guests.
2. Provide escort and patrol on foot to secure your assigned post.
3. Respond quickly to incidents.
4. Represent our brand, the client, and yourself in a professional manner with a positive attitude every day.

Minimum requirements :

1. High school diploma (or GED).
2. Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by law, along with all client-requested certifications.
3. Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
4. Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform.
