Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Multi-Site Security Officer to oversee security at diverse client locations from Casa Grande, AZ. The role emphasizes access control, routine patrols, and proactive safety measures to protect people and assets.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting safety concerns, and delivering responsive customer service to employees and guests while adhering to post orders and site-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under stress.
• Must have attention to detail and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks and duties of similar nature at the assigned site.
