  • Reports To: ARMADA HQ
  • Security Clearance Required: Active Top Secret
  • Contingent upon award
Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage support to CV Investigations and Case Control Teams.
  2. Ensure support individuals/team provide timely security support to Personnel Security's internal and external taskings, projects, and programs.
  3. Document and manage team members' Weekly Activity.
  4. Report (WAR) actions in the designated template and timeline.
  5. Train investigative contractor staff and provide backup support when needed.
  6. Keep government POCs informed of staffing, personnel transition, onboarding, and training updates.
  7. Monitor and manage supported security programs, providing status reports and recommendations.
  8. Provide technical expertise on personnel security disciplines and SOPs.
  9. Review and analyze security compliance metrics and records.
  10. Research, prepare, and maintain security procedures and guidance.
  11. Analyze complex data using DoD and IC regulations, making program recommendations.
  12. Design and develop report capabilities, generate security metrics reports, and present briefings.
  13. Identify and escalate security issues promptly.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong interview skills, clear and concise writing, excellent organizational skills to meet timelines and standards.
  • Desired: Certifications such as FBITP, GS1810 series.
  • Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 11-14 years of personnel security investigation experience.
