Security Specialist III - Security Education & Awareness (SEA)

Reports To: ARMADA HQ
Security Clearance Required: Active Top Secret

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a program that highlights security issues to the government.
  • Support training administration, including scheduling and customer service.
  • Manage distribution lists for product inventories.
  • Support SEA events and occasional travel.
  • Provide SEA program expertise and support the execution of security programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote SEA activities regionally and locally.
  • Evaluate and improve SEA program efficacy.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and content, including website and training materials.
  • Collaborate with government teams to define program scope and direction.
  • Establish external networking with government agencies.
  • Manage SEA materials inventory and training compliance.
  • Develop policies for classified and CUI management, ensuring compliance with EO 13556, NARA, and ODNI guidelines.
  • Support classified efforts by providing guidance on classification and marking.
  • Monitor and update policies to maintain accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community security policies.
  • Six+ years applying relevant Executive Orders and directives to classified information and security training.
  • Experience in briefing and training with effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
  • Experience using online communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
Education & Experience
  • Six years in Security Education and Awareness training.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
