Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Security Specialist II to help ensure security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations. The role leverages experience in physical, industrial, information, and personnel security within DoD/IC to protect SCI and ensure compliance with ICD-705.

The candidate will participate in inspections, document incidents, and communicate effectively with staff and leadership while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to security principles across programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in physical, industrial, information, and personnel security (PYSEC/INFOSEC/PERSEC) in DoD or IC.
• Experience with ICD-705 compliance or similar security documentation.
• Must hold Secret clearance or higher.
• Experience with SAP Security Compliance Inspections and Self-Inspections.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sensitive Compartment Information Facility operations.
• Document, report, and investigate security incidents.
• Review governing policy including EO, DoD Directives, and JAFAN series.
• Communicate orally and in writing with staff and supervisors.
• Follow instructions reading and applying a broad range of policies and procedures.
• Evaluate factors affecting security decision making.
