Job Description
***Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Required***
This position performs a variety of routine assigned tasks involved in the security function.
• Provide effective access controls and physical security as required
• Provide program security support at the Fluor Reston facility and onsite at various customer facilities as required.
• Provide security support for office and/or project work environment
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
• Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
• Must be willing to submit to mandatory drug testing
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Position will be on site with a rotation between Reston and various customer facilities as required.
• Familiarity with plans, policies, procedures and other documentation relative to the operation of SCI protection functions and activities IAW DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3, ICD 704/5, AFMAN 14- 304, AFI 16-1404/06 and AFI 31-501. (b) As directed, provide continuous training and guidance in all areas of SCI security; including but not limited to, local procedures, OPSEC, Communications Security (COMSEC), Security Awareness. (c) As directed, implement foreign contact and travel requirements, entry procedures, escort procedures, document control procedures, and classification review/guidance requests. (d) As directed, send and receive collateral and/or SCI visit requests; oversee and provide facility badge access.

Preferred Qualifications
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent plus six (6) years Security experience
• (a) DoD certified FSO for possessing facility (b) Familiarity with NBIS TW 2.0 and government systems of record (Scattered Castle, DISS etc)
• Prior military and/or contingency operations experience
• Knowledge of current security vulnerabilities and threats
• Able to effectively communicate with staff and management
Salary Range
76,000 to 130,000
Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
