Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist while resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to security incidents in a timely and controlled manner.
• Document incidents in the case management system following AP policies.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and support apprehensions as needed.
