Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests and team members at the front of store and on the sales floor; assist guests in finding products in-store and online.
• Lead a physical security culture across the store, maintaining safe and secure standards.
• Respond to and document security incidents.
• Understand and use escalation tools for guest issues to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct merchandise recoveries and provide apprehension support per AP policies.
• Prevent theft and shortage by performing receipt checks, and document incidents in the system.
• Understand and operate the video system and train teammates on protection practices.
• Train team members on merchandise protection and audit execution; support shortage focus areas.”
• Execute shortage action plans to minimize store shortages as directed by AP leadership.
• Model safe work habits and provide a secure, guest-focused shopping environment.
• Deliver service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs while upholding ethics and safety.
