MTSI is seeking a Security Specialist to support the PM UAS Government Security Team by assisting with personnel security, program security, compliance, training, and administrative security functions. The role involves tracking clearances, maintaining security records, and supporting inspections under government oversight.

Responsibilities include processing access requests, NDAs, security briefings, maintaining records in DISS, and assisting with CPI identification and documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• US Citizenship with active security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience with DoD, federal government, or defense contractor security programs preferred.
• Experience administering security clearances, access requests, and related records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

MTSI is seeking to hire a Security Specialist to support the PM UAS Government Security Team by assisting with personnel security, program security, compliance, training, and administrative security functions. The individual will help maintain security programs, track clearances and access requests, support inspections, and ensure compliance with DoD security requirements. All work will be performed under government oversight.

Job Responsibilities

• Support personnel security activities, including clearance tracking, access requests, NDAs, and security briefings/debriefings.
• Maintain security records and databases, including DISS.
• Assist with security incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Develop and maintain security procedures, SOPs, OPSEC documentation, and related records.
• Support security training and awareness programs.
• Assist with foreign visit requests and disclosure package reviews.
• Support security inspections and compliance reviews.
• Assist with Program Protection activities, including Critical Program Information (CPI) identification and documentation.
• Coordinate with government personnel, Human Resources, IT, and Facility Security Officers on security matters.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field.
• US Citizenship and an active secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one) 10+ years of experience supporting DoD, federal government, or defense contractor security programs.
• Experience administering security clearances, access requests, security briefings, and related records.
• Experience using DISS or similar government security databases.
• Experience developing or maintaining security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
