Qualifications

Sunstates Security is hiring Security SOC Officers in the North Canton, OH area. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the 3rd Shift. This position offers a pay rate of $19.00/hr, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, clients, and team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, concierge-level experience.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in Security, Military, Law Enforcement, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), concierge desk, customer service center, or similar service-oriented environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when assisting guests and resolving concerns.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and respond to client and visitor needs.
• Proven ability to provide a high-touch service experience while maintaining safety and security standards.
• Passion for creating positive first impressions and representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.
  

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
