Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have CIFSO experience and related licenses.
• Ability to conduct weekly site training and assessments.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to other sites as directed by the National Training Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CIFSO new-hire and sustainment training, pre-CIFSO assessments, and remedial training.
• Develop, coordinate, and assess site-specific weekly training based on core capabilities.
• Administer Physical Fitness Tests and support weapons qualification and training.
• Conduct weapons inspections under the Weapons Maintenance Program.
• Inventory and transport training tools and equipment; travel to other sites as directed.
• Maintain instructor and armorer certifications; complete required CE and standardization.
