Job Description

Pay Rate: $24.00/HR

We are seeking 2 Security Site Supervisors in Mission Valley. Must have a California Driver's License and an active California Guard Card.

Schedules

• Full Time: Sunday - Thursday (10 PM - 6:30 AM).
• Part Time: Friday - Saturday (10PM - 6:30 AM).

As a Security Site Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. You will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, supervise site staff, and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within your empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficient in scheduling and billing software to produce reports for business management.
• Enforce Contract Standards and site safety programs.
• Participate in unemployment hearings if required.
• Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks and memos.
• Work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods.
