Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in security services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid security guard D license and driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensive distances, and respond quickly to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and lead a team of security officers.
• Coordinate and oversee all security operations, including patrols and monitoring.
• Respond to and manage any security incidents.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and submit security reports on activities and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and health regulations.
• Create and manage staffing schedules.
• Provide ongoing training and support to security personnel.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.
