Job Description

Security Site Supervisor – $24.00 per hour

7 am – 3 pm / Mon - Fri

Previous security and supervisor experience is preferred.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer, act as a liaison between customers, operation managers, and security officers, and oversee site staff including coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports.
• Enforce contract standards and site safety programs.
• Participate in unemployment hearings if required.
• Work in various environments, occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods.
