Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisor at a client site in Woodridge, IL. This position offers a pay rate of $21.00/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisor experience
• 1+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• 1+ years of clerical and/or receptionist experience in a high-volume environment
• Valid PERC Card preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Exceptional report writing skills

Security Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site, including operations, customer service, personnel management, and security & safety, in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

A Site Supervisor may perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Supervisor must read and become knowledgeable of these directives and act quickly and efficiently accordingly.
