Securitas USA is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Superior, WI. The role oversees security staff, enforces post orders, conducts rounds, and maintains client safety. You will coordinate with management, train officers, and ensure coverage across posts while delivering quality customer service.

Required are a HS diploma or GED, strong tech skills, ability to work independently, and calm judgment during incidents. Prior security experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, appropriate judgment.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior security, military, or corrections experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Pre-employment UA / BAT testing and random UA.

Responsibilities

• Notify authorities and clients in emergencies.

• Prepare and file required reports.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet client representatives to verify security requirements and service quality.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.

Security Site Supervisor - Full Time

Primary Location: Superior, WI

Wage: $28.00/HR

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 7AM - 3PM (Additional hours and occasional weekends as needed)

The Security Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior security, military, or corrections experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
