Job summary

Securitas is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for clients in Superior, WI. The role includes access control, patrols, and enforcing client site regulations, with a 40-hour weekly schedule and a $18.75/hour wage.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, incident reporting, and customer service for employees and guests, using technology devices and performing site tours as needed. Prior security or related experience is a plus; pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving certification.

• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Superior, WI

Wage: $18.75/HR

Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week

• Sat - Sun: 3PM - 11PM & Mon - Wed 11PM - 7AM

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
