DSI Security Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Security Site Supervisor to join our team near Spring Valley, NY.   • $22.00/hour
Available Schedules
  • Monday-Friday 1st shift
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all security personnel are performing duties effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between DSI and the client.
  • Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and support security officers on site.
  • Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel.

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Must have reliable transportation and communication.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
