Job Description

Allied Universal is now hiring a full-time Security Site Supervisor in Marcus Hook, PA. The position offers weekly pay, a starting wage of $19.50/hour, and excellent career advancement opportunities. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 5 am to 1 pm. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between customers, operation managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with all personnel levels and the public.
• Licensing requirements may be applicable based on state/local laws and regulations.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficient in scheduling and billing software to produce reports.
• Enforce contract standards and site safety programs.
• Ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
