Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

• Pay Rate: $25.50 an hour
• Weekly Pay

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prior security supervisory experience
• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws
• Successful completion of background investigation and drug screen
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Proficiency in scheduling and billing software
• Ability to enforce contract standards and site safety programs
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ramps/ladders, and stand/walk for long periods
