Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Eau Claire, WI. The role oversees Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensures compliance with post orders, and maintains safety through regular rounds and reporting.

You will coach staff, train officers, coordinate coverage, and liaise with client representatives to uphold security standards and deliver quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior security, corrections, or military experience required.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel assigned to client site(s); ensures all post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with management as needed and documents actions.
• Trains Security Officers and personnel; reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in submission of payroll and personnel information.
• Ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions with management.
• Prepares, files, and submits reports as required.
• Inspects posts and outlines tasks for subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.

Security Site Supervisor - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire, WI

Wage: $25.00/HR

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 1600 - 2400 (weekends as needed)

The Security Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.

• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.

• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.

• Assists in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.

• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.

• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.

• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.

• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.

• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.

• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.

• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.

• Must have a professional demeanor.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
