Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security function for a Denver client. The role covers staffing, scheduling, on-site training, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining service quality.

Hourly pay is $34.90 with weekly pay. The Site Supervisor will advise on personnel actions, supervise staff, respond to client requests, and enforce safety and security standards, requiring a high school diploma and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing where applicable.
• Must be able to pass a licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and console monitors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem solving.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal or designated level.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and communicate updates accordingly.
• Issue emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and standards.

Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor. The general purpose and function of the Security Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client’s site.

HOURLY PAY: $34.90

LOCATION: Denver

WEKLY PAY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.
• Respond to client requests
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management
• Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
• Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
• Must possess one or more of the following:
• Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
• Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
• Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
