Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking an experienced Corporate Security Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a corporate campus. You will oversee daily operations, provide leadership to Security Officers, and serve as the primary contact between Securitas and the client.

The role requires a strong customer service mindset, superb communication, and the ability to coordinate staffing for 24/7 coverage. Pay is $27 per hour, with Monday–Friday 7am–3pm, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Security supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service mindset with a polished, professional appearance.
• Experience supporting corporate/office environments preferred.
• Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Ability to remain calm, decisive, and professional during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Security Officers while promoting accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership through outstanding customer service and proactive communication.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 corporate security program, ensuring compliance with post orders, company policies, and client expectations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure continuous site operations.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new Security Officers while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational concerns while making sound decisions under pressure.
• Conduct routine site inspections, security audits, and risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Complete incident reports, investigations, scheduling, payroll approvals, and other administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Ensure officers consistently deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Foster a positive team culture built on communication, professionalism, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

As the Corporate Security Site Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the security program, provide leadership and guidance to Security Officers, and serve as the primary point of contact between Securitas and our client. The successful candidate is an experienced leader with exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

This role requires someone who is confident interacting with executives, employees, visitors, vendors, and client leadership while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and security.

Pay: $27 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-3pm
