Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking Licensed Security Shift Supervisors for a Data Center in Atlanta Midtown. Positions require 1 year of supervisory experience and offer an hourly rate of $23.00 with Sat-Mon 11pm-7am or Tue-Sat 3pm-11pm shifts.

As the on-site security leader, you will coordinate a small team, enforce safety protocols, and prevent unauthorized access while partnering with warehouse management to integrate security measures into daily operations.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Security or data center experience preferred.
• Able to lead teams and enforce safety protocols.

The shift supervisor serves as the primary on-site security leader for a designated shift, coordinating security staff, enforcing safety protocols, and preventing unauthorized access. Our supervisors work closely with warehouse management to integrate security measures into day-to-day operations. Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly with staff.
