Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring a Security Site Account Manager for a 17-acre campus and 100,000 sq ft facility in Overland Park. You will oversee security personnel, ensure proper staffing and training, and nurture strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence and integrity.

Prior scheduling and payroll knowledge is required; proficiency with E-Hub, TracTik and WinTeam is a plus. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required.
• MO Security License
• MO Driver’s License
• Flexible/ On-call schedule availability
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug testing)

• Ensure officers are properly staffed, trained, and motivated.
• Collaborate with the client contact to meet site goals and company objectives.
