Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a dedicated Employee Shuttle Driver to transport resort staff safely to and from designated locations. The role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Security Management Team, with a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, navigate local streets, and support employee operations while delivering friendly, high-quality service to our team.

Qualifications

• Previous shuttle driving experience is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of local roadways and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and comfortable transport for resort employees.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior).
• Complete self-refueling and assist with directional signage and employee parking.

Employee Shuttle Driver

Transport Employees to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner. This role is part of the A&G Division, reporting to the Security Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Provides a safe and comfortable ride for resort employees. Will assure by conducting both pre and post inspections of the vehicle. Report any damage or discrepancies found during inspections.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness to both interior and exterior of vehicle.
• Knowledge of local streets. Some driving outside of the resort area for vehicle refueling and any other errand are required.
• Must be able to perform self-refueling functions. Flag changing and sign posting for directional and employee parking directions.

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience as a shuttle driver preferred
• Knowledge of roadway safety
• Good customer service skills
• Valid Driver's License and clean abstract

• Full time schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
