Job Description

We are now hiring a full-time Security Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift, with pay starting at $20.18/hour. The role involves supervising and coordinating quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Security Shift Supervisor acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized parameters.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly
• Understanding of operating procedures and instructions
• Valid Driver's License (for driving positions), with at least one year of driving experience, a clean record, and required insurance
• Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol testing
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods
