Job Description

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor $23.25 per Hour. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public; ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws, may be required prior to employment
• Driving Positions: valid Driver’s License, at least one year driving experience, clean driving record, minimum insurance as per company policy, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Successful completion of background investigation and drug/alcohol test; possible Driver’s Record check
• Intermediate computer skills for utilizing wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in various environments (cold, rain, heat)
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, ladders during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods
