Job Description

Allied Universal Security is seeking a Part-Time Security Shift Supervisor at a Major Automaker site in Sterling Heights, MI.

Candidates must successfully complete Level 2 Training, such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc.

• The position starts at $23.84/hour.
• Weekly pay and daily pay options available.
• Security and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for more than one year.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift, acting as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include staff supervision, coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized ranges.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background check and drug screening as per law.
• State and local licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving roles.
