Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a shift at a client site. You will liaison with the site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, reporting skills, and the ability to manage crises calmly. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour, with benefits after 60 days for full-time employees and paid orientation and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must prepare written reports and logs clearly
• Must read and understand operating procedures
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required
• Valid Driver's License for driving positions with required driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of security services on a specific shift
• Coordinate between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
