Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise a shift and coordinate quality services at a client site. The role acts as liaison between site supervisor and management, coaching and disciplining staff within approved empowerment ranges.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Candidates must have at least 6 months of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Effective written and oral communication with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs; read and understand procedures.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage security personnel on shift: assign tasks, monitor performance.
• Conduct daily briefings with the team.
• Respond to incidents and notify authorities/clients as needed.
• Monitor CCTV and perform routine patrols to identify breaches.
• Ensure post orders are followed and complete rounds.
• File required security reports.
• Train security staff and maintain daily incident logs.
