Job Description

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.

Starting Pay: $20.60 / Hour paid WEEKLY with DailyPay options & benefits!

Minimum 1 year or more of Security experience required

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws, possibly required prior to employment
• Driving Positions: valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, minimum insurance levels, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Complete background investigation and drug/alcohol test; may include Driver’s Record check
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology use
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in various environments, lift/carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ramp/ladders, and stand/walk for long periods
