Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the morning shift at our Greenville, SC location. The role will supervise security staff, coordinate service delivery and serve as liaison with management, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Starting pay is $19.57 per hour with part-time hours on Saturday and Sunday. Training, uniforms, and license support are provided to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• HS diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Driving Positions require valid Driver’s License and driving experience.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Must be able to work weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure quality services and customer satisfaction at the client site.
