Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-duty Security Officers and their performance.
• Familiar with post instructions and emergency procedures.
• Patrols assigned posts by foot or vehicle as applicable.
• Conducts post inspections for compliance with orders.
• Escalates issues to supervisors or Ops Manager as needed.
• Document daily events on Officer Daily Reports (ODR).
• Record time of inspections at watch stations and during random checks.
• Assist in on-the-job training for new Officers.
• Respond to urgent client needs and requests for changes.
• Notify authorities during emergencies or violations.
• Check doors, windows, and gates for security.
• Warn rule violators and manage suspicious activity.
