Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead daily security operations in De Soto, KS. The role requires supervising personnel, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering exceptional service while setting a strong example.

Key requirements include at least 2 years of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).

Qualifications

• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license with driving history within defined limits.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
