Pay Rate: $25.92 per hour

Position Type: Full Time - Days and Overnights

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• Arizona Driver's License with a clean record
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Armed Guard Card/License
• At least 21 years old

Responsibilities:

The Security Shift Supervisor supervises and coordinates quality service delivery during a specific shift at an assigned customer site. Acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Provides coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized boundaries.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs
• Understanding of operating procedures and instructions
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean record, and appropriate insurance (for driving roles)
• Successful background check and drug/alcohol screening
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods
